LUIS SORIA, MS, MA

Luis has been consulting and coaching dental professionals for the last 22 years. His experience includes practice management consulting for small, medium and multi-specialty dental offices, transforming struggling practices into efficient and profitable business. Luis has also been an Adjunct Faculty and the Practice Management Unit Director at the Herman Ostrow School of Dentistry of USC for the last ten years. Luis graduated from the University of California Berkeley, where he obtained his second Master's degree in science. Before being a consultant in the dental field, Luis was a research scientist in the field of molecular biology & cholesterol research, where Luis earned the privilege of being the first author of a scientific paper, published in the Proceedings of the National Academy of Science, USA, (Vol. 86, 587-591, 1989) among other scientific articles. With his unparalleled extensive education, scientific training, and dental practice management consulting acumen, he brings a wealth of knowledge to any organization. Luis has earned his reputation for his honesty, patience, and integrity. NATALIE DAWSON, MBA

Natalie has always had a passion for design and an entrepreneurial spirit. Using her degree in business as a foundation to help dental practices achieve a professional, consistent, and unique image, she enjoys the challenge of branding, dental marketing strategy, and website development.

Natalie's enthusiasm and personalized service with each practice she works with ensures client satisfaction and a positive end-result.

Natalie is a graduate of California State University, Long Beach with her Bachelors of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in marketing. She also earned her Master of Business Administration with specialization in Marketing from CSULB.

JONATHAN RAJU, BS, MS
Leadership & Communications Specialist

Jonathan has always been interested in the dental field since he was a young boy. His passion for woodworking and attention to detail allow him to appreciate the art of dentistry. Jonathan attended the University of California, Irvine and graduated with a Bachelor's of Science degree in Biological Sciences. Jonathan then continued his education at the University of Southern California where he earned his second Bachelor's degree in Dental Hygiene. After completing his degree in Dental Hygiene, Jonathan furthered his education at the University of Southern California where he then earned a Master's of Science degree in Dental Hygiene. Jonathan's thesis focused on Leadership and Communication within the private dental practice. Jonathan is a licensed dental hygienist and utilizes his knowledge of dentistry and his training in leadership and communication to implement protocols in dental offices that benefit the needs of the office while always keeping patients' health in mind.
